    Tim Burrell has laid out the How To’s of real estate negotiating. As a real estate broker in Marin County, I find this book to be directly on tarket as a necessary skill for all agents. The book not only describes negotiating tactics but also how to understand what tactics are being displayed from the other side.

    The author is a former lawyer turned realtor who truly teaches you how to solve seemingly impossible difficulties when trying to get parties cooperative in a transaction. He is known for his “work arounds” meaning, how to solve complex problems in a creative and legal way.

    He writes well, is earnest and, as a former professor, easy to understand and learn from.

    If your negotiating skills need a tune up, he’s the guy, for sure!
