I tested TRUEtest strips on the same morning as my test at the doctors office and the reading was accurate. I’m using the True2Go meter, which is very easy to use. The meter and strips are more affordable than other brands, so knowing they are accurate is a relief. I definitely recommend this product.

Having just been alerted to monitor my glucose I purchased the True2Go Meter. When the starter kit was empty I went to CVS Pharmacy and was charged $34.97 for a 50 count of strips. What a rip off! The meter works great the strips work great just price shop…the same 50 count was less than […] bucks here at Amazon.

This review is from: TRUEtest Test Strips, 100 Count (Health and Beauty)

I purchased these for my husband.. He’d been using Contour brand since being diagnosed three years ago. Even with Medicare, it seems he was paying quite a bit for them through Liberty, who also suddenly said Contour were no longer available and they shipped “their” brand instead.. After realizing Contour’s are still available and not liking the Liberty strips or meter at all, he started buying his own supplies at Walmart. Contour’s aren’t the worse price, but they aren’t the best price, either.. He asked me to see what was available online, and that’s how I found the TRUEtest meter and strips, at the best price we’ve seen for any test strips! These are even better priced than Walmarts own brand of test strips (ReliOn), which by the way, seem to be really accurate strips, too..
I ordered a smaller box the first time around, just to see if they worked.. He’s been so pleased, he asked me to order the bigger box and he’s sold on these strips.. He feels they are more reliable and accurate than even the Contours..
It does take a week or so to receive them, though, so be sure to order accordingly so you don’t run out.. Other than that, they seem to work perfectly.. I believe someone left feedback saying the ones they received were expired.. That hasn’t been our experience.. Both boxes had an expiration date of 2014 (2 years out)… No problem at all..
